Ryan L. Blumhoefer joined the firm in 2010. His practice focuses on business and commercial transactions, real estate law, estate planning and probate. Ryan also provides counsel and representation to several local townships.
Ryan has been certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Law Specialist, and he is an agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Outside of work, Ryan is an active member of the Northfield Rotary Club and Bethel Lutheran Church. He is a former president of the Rice County Bar Association, the current president of the Fifth District Bar Association and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
Ryan grew up on a farm in south central Minnesota. He received his undergraduate degree from Saint John’s University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was an Assistant Editor of the William Mitchell Law Review and a research assistant for Professor Michael Steenson.
